With an undergraduate degree in Exercise Science and a Master’s in Sport Science, Merissa possesses a deep understanding of how factors such as sleep, hydration, strength, and fueling impact overall well-being. She combines this knowledge with personalized education and guidance, helping clients make sustainable lifestyle changes that empower them to build healthy habits, improve physical function, and enjoy a balanced, active life.
